01 General Provisions

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ak55 and use any of its services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Age verification information must be provided when opening an account, and ak55 reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.

03 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Sharing account details with anyone or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak55 currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) No payment methods other than these four are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal amounts will be sent via the same method used for the deposit.

4.4 Verification

Before large withdrawals, ak55 may request identity verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. A national identity card or other government-issued identity document may need to be submitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ak55 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonus funds. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• The bonus may be claimed once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.
• ak55 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless ak55 explicitly permits cancellation. Users are advised to verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.

6.2 Determining Results

The results of all events will be determined according to the official announcements of the relevant governing body. If an event is cancelled mid-way or remains suspended, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with ak55's existing policy.

6.3 Technical Issues

ak55 will not be held responsible for losses caused by network disruptions, server problems, or any other technical reasons. However, ak55 reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or strategically exploiting bonuses.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Hacking, sending viruses, or any other cyber attack.
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to ak55's systems.

08 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the ak55 platform — logos, graphics, code, designs, text, software — is covered by ak55's intellectual property rights. This content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes in any way without written permission.

The intellectual property of games and assets belonging to third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe is reserved by the respective companies.

09 Limitation of Liability
